Practice Time is 3:00 - 5:30 PM
Weekly Practice Schedules will be posted each week.
Depending on event group practice will end at 4:30 or 5:30 PM
Attendance will be taken daily
Any athlete that missed more that 5 practices may be removed from the team
Practices are NOT optional
We may have optional practices on school holidays and Saturdays
Appropriate running attire (shorts, t-shirt, singlet)
Trainers
Spikes or Throwing Shoes
Water Bottles
Watch (timex ironman)
Foam Roller
Resistance Bands
Towel
Fruit Snacks/Pretzels - Snack for end of practice
